Our delivery schedule is between 9am-6pm from Monday to Sunday. Delivery is done by our assigned delivery contractors and delivery will be made according to the address specified by the Customer on the completed order form.
Returns & Refunds
All goods accepted by Customers upon delivery are not eligible for any return or refund. If you receive a wrong or damaged items during delivery, please reject the item and call our customer service so we can send a replacement or refund your money.
Customer can cancel or change any of Customer’s current orders up to 6 hours before the shopping is due to be delivered. If in an emergency, the Customer needs to cancel the order beyond this time frame, Customer may call our customer service or email us at email@example.com.
