TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These Product Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia and any disputes will be decided only by the Malaysian courts.
If any of these Product Terms & Conditions are held by any court of competent authority to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, in whole or in part, this will not affect the validity of the remaining Product Terms & Conditions which will continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Please read these Product Terms & Conditions carefully as they affect your rights and liabilities under the law and set out the terms under which Timogah makes the products available to you (“Product Terms”).
Please note that all goods and the prices are offered and set by Vendors. When requesting goods by weight, Vendors reserves the right to supply goods with a weight difference. However Timogah shall make every effort to monitor Vendors so they should ensure that the weight difference is minimal and as close to Customer’s request.
c. Delivery Information
Our delivery schedule is between 9am-6pm from Monday to Sunday.
Delivery will be made to the address specified by Customer on the completed order form.
d. Returns & Refunds
All goods accepted by Customers upon delivery are not eligible for any return or refund. If you receive a wrong or damaged items during delivery, please reject the item by calling our customer service so we can send a replacement.
Customer can cancel or change any of Customer’s current orders up to 6 hours before the shopping is due to be delivered. If in an emergency, the Customer needs to cancel the order beyond this time frame, Customer may call our customer service or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
All payment have to be cleared before we proceed to process your order. All payment shall be made through our online payment options available on the mobile app platform.
