When you buy from the Timogah Online Shopping website, we want you to be happy with your purchase. However, we know sometimes you may need to return goods.

If you placed an order but received the wrong item, you can return the wrong item (in its original or unused condition) for a refund or a replacement of the item within 14 days from the date of receipt of payment.

We will not process any replacement or make any refund if we do not receive the returned item from you. Return shipping to us is at your own cost. Any return or refund issue must be made first by contacting us immediately through our email (sales@timogah.com).

If you receive a damaged or otherwise unusable fresh or frozen grocery item, you can request a refund through our email (sales@timogah.com). We won’t ask you to return the item.
